1. 當你的汽車在道路上遇到麻煩，這是很難找到最近的保養/維修站，因為他們幾乎分散在不起眼的街側。
2. 即使你找到了最近的一個，但你也最有可能提出下列問題：“這間汽車維修店可靠嗎？”，“服務收費合理嗎？”，“他們能修理我這類車種的技能嗎？”
3. 即使你正在使用的流動網絡設備在互聯網上搜尋所需的汽車服務網站，但不幸的是，它們大部分是小企業，根本沒有自己的網站描述業務細節。
4. 駕駛有問題的汽車，試圖瞎目地找出汽車維修/保養店，不單造成交通堵塞，甚至是招致危險！
5. 大多數有車人士為口奔馳，有時是不可能記得駕駛牌照的有效期。但是你可否知道這是一個很大的麻煩，如果發生車禍，您的行車證或駕駛執照已過期？

3. Even you are using mobile device for searching their websites on Internet, but unfortunately, most of them are running small business that they don’t have their own websites for business details.
4. Am I caused traffic jam or even in danger if I am driving my trouble car turning around and around on road, trying to find out the destination of car repair/maintenance shop?
5. People are busy on earning life; it is sometimes impossible to remember a 10-year driver license’s expiry date. But do you know it is a big trouble if car accident happens that your license has expired? Do you want assistance to get rid of these?
